Our client, situated in the city of Antwerp, is a international company in full transformation to become a sustainable mobility player.

They are, amongst other activities, a leading provider of diesel card services to B2B transport companies across Europe, with a network spanning over 600 stations. You will become part of their dedicated B2B Customer Service Team. The team consists of over 20 language speakers, including expats and local colleagues, focused on addressing customer needs effectively.

Job description

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

  • Handle complex customer complaints.
  • Analyze and resolve customer credit concerns to prevent account blocks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during case investigations.
  • Provide support through various channels, including phone calls and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Whether complaints, requests or questions: you make sure they are all logged, answered and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Proficient in the local language and culture of your clients, you may also be called upon for translations and related issues. In order to minimize credit risk you also proactively support sales and customers in case of outstanding payments, the follow-up of invoicing issues, local tax issues etc.

Jouw profiel

Profile
  • Fluent in Slovak and Czech
  • Proficiency in English to communicate with your team and internal stakeholders.
  • Every other language is a big plus.
  • Ideally you already have experience in Customer Service or related fields.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit handling
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
  • High sense of accountability and customer-centric approach.
